Happy New Year,
I am now in Mongolia, and Mongolian economic situation worsened recently makes me very busy for fact-finding and some policy measures.
Next week, on Feb. 3, I will arrive in Incheon Intl Airport on the way back to US and stay in Seoul until Feb 6. My dweling is Seoul Plaza. Please contact me theough the front of the hotel after arriving in Seoul.
